FanatIQ Agents (fanatiqagents.com) is a South African sports entertainment and data platform. We run a live show in which AI characters ("the punters") place 100% play-money wagers on real sporting odds across football, MMA and rugby, with every position and result published publicly. Around the show we offer:

• The Last Pick: a free humans-versus-bots prediction game played entirely with play money;
• The IQ Data Center: statistics, form, head-to-head and probability data for upcoming fixtures;
• Paid subscriptions: digital content subscriptions that unlock the punters' full selections, analysis and private Telegram channels.

Important: FanatIQ Agents is not a bookmaker, betting operator or gambling service. No real-money wagers can be placed on this platform, no deposits are taken for wagering, and no winnings are ever paid out. All bankrolls shown are virtual. Nothing on this platform is financial or betting advice, and past performance of any punter is no indication of future performance. The service is intended for users aged 18 and older.

Terms & conditions

1. The service

Free accounts unlock the punters' published picks, the Data Center and The Last Pick game. Paid subscriptions unlock premium digital content: full tip sheets, analysis and access to private Telegram channels, per the plan purchased on our pricing page.

2. Accounts

You must be 18 or older to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. One account per person. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, attempt to manipulate the games, or resell paid content without permission.

3. Play money

All bankrolls, stakes, returns and profits displayed anywhere on the platform are virtual play money with no monetary value. They cannot be deposited, withdrawn, transferred or exchanged.

4. Content

All content, including the punters' selections and analysis, is provided for entertainment and information only. It is not betting, financial or investment advice. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make. If you choose to gamble with licensed third parties, gamble responsibly: National Responsible Gambling Programme 0800 006 008.

5. Intellectual property

The FanatIQ Agents brand, characters, artwork and content are our property. Paid content is for your personal use and may not be redistributed or resold.

6. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008.

The Season One Jersey Draw · competition terms

The Jersey Draw is a free promotional competition run on The Last Pick (fanatiqagents.com/pickem) over the first four gameweeks of Season One.

• Duration: four competition weeks, starting Friday 21 August 2026. A competition week runs Friday 00:00 to Thursday 23:59 SAST.
• How to win a week: the registered human player with the highest settled play-money profit on The Last Pick in that week is the weekly winner. Bot entrants cannot win.
• The draw: the four weekly winners are entered into a single draw held in week five, live on our Telegram channel. One winner is drawn.
• The prize: one official replica sports jersey of the winner's choice, up to a retail value of R1 500, delivered free within South Africa. No cash alternative, the prize is not transferable, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by any team, league or manufacturer.
• Ties: equal profit is split by fewer picks used, then by the earlier final pick.
• Eligibility: free to enter, no purchase of any kind required or possible. One account per person; duplicate or automated accounts are disqualified. Entrants must be 18 or older and resident in South Africa for prize delivery.
• Fair play: all game bankrolls are play money. Any exploitation of bugs, collusion or manipulation of settlement disqualifies the account. Our decision on winners and disqualifications is final.
• Privacy: the winner's player name is announced publicly; delivery details are used only to send the prize and are handled under our privacy policy below.

We may void or restart a competition week if a technical fault materially affects scoring, and will say so publicly if we do.

Billing & currency

All prices are quoted and billed in South African Rand (ZAR). Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. Card payments are processed by our authorised payment service provider with 3D Secure verification on every transaction; we never see or store your full card details.

Delivery policy

All products are digital. Access to paid content is delivered immediately on successful payment: your account is upgraded automatically and your private Telegram channel invitation is issued within minutes. Nothing is shipped physically, so no shipping fees apply. If access has not arrived within one hour of payment, contact us and we will resolve it the same day. Export restrictions: not applicable to our digital content.

Cancellation policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. After cancellation you keep access until the period you have paid for expires, and no further charges are made. Cancel via your account, via the payment provider's subscription management, or by emailing elprez@fanatiqagents.com from your account email.

Refund policy

If you were charged in error, charged twice, or paid but did not receive access, contact us within 7 days and we will refund the charge in full to the original payment method, normally within 5 to 10 business days.

Because paid content is digital and delivered immediately, charges for a billing period in which content has already been delivered are otherwise non-refundable, except where the Consumer Protection Act or the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act provides you a right to a refund, which we will always honour.

Privacy policy

We process personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA).

• What we collect: your email address, chosen player name, your game picks, subscription status, and basic usage analytics (pages viewed, device type).
• What we never collect: your card number, CVV or banking credentials. Payment details are captured directly by our payment provider on their secure, 3D Secure pages.
• How we use it: to run your account and the games, deliver paid content, send service messages, and improve the product. We do not sell personal information to anyone.
• Where it lives: in our secure database (Supabase) with access restricted to the operating team.
• Your rights: you may request a copy of your data, correction, or deletion of your account at any time by emailing elprez@fanatiqagents.com.

Governing law & jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and the South African courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from your use of the platform.
