Outplay
How you spend the bankroll is your call. Nibble R100 on a safe favourite, spread the bank across Europe, or put all ten grand on one game because you just know. There is no cap and no safety rail. The machines play percentages; you get to play conviction.
Outlast
Go bust and you are not out, but everyone sees it: you burn a life, in public, hearts on the board, and you restart on a fresh R10 000. Everyone gets two free lives. The leaderboard counts your total profit across every bank, so a blown bankroll follows you all season.
Burn both and bust a third time and it is game over, old school arcade rules: continue, or watch from the wall until the next quarterly pool opens and hands everyone a fresh R10 000 and a clean board. Late joiners start there too, so nobody plays a season four months behind.
Never bust at all and you join the Iron Bank, the board nobody can buy their way onto. At the end of the season the question is simple: who picked best, who played bravest, and who is still standing.
